Location: New York, NY

This West Village art-deco building required interior and exterior restoration. Years of the owner’s deferred maintenance to the landmarked exterior resulted in interior water damage to the theater, wardrobe, and stage woodshop spaces. Mandatory façade and bulkhead repair preceded the interior renovations. Landmark approved brick, flashing, coping stone along the parapets, and windows were replaced. Fire rated windows were custom made to replicate the originals. Bricks were repointed. Concurrent with a waterproof exterior, the damaged interiors were repaired, and spaces were restored to their original use.
