Project: Harvey House
Location: Pelham Manor, NY
Completion Date: Summer 2000

Total exterior and interior renovation of a Colonial Revival style home, built circa 1906. The scope of the project included significant structural work such as shoring up support of the main girders, and repairing foundation walls. The interior work included a new layout for the master bedroom suite, the addition of a full bathroom, a new kitchen with window openings, and renovation of the existing bathrooms. The existing deck at the rear of the house and the porch off of the living room were both fully restored. The third floor attic space was converted into two bedrooms, along with a central study/play area and bathroom.
