An addition, one-third the size of the original home, was designed to house a new master suite, laundry room, home gym, mud room, and two car garage. The layout was reworked to ensure the spatial organization of the entire structure. While several exterior options were developed for the client; ultimately, the new exterior was chosen to blend seamlessly with the existing home. Maintaining the existing second-floor ridgeline was critical. Siding, trim, fascia panels, and gutters were replaced entirely.
