Location: Brooklyn, NY

A Colonial Revival style home, circa 1906, underwent total exterior and interior multi-phase renovation. Significant structural work included shoring up support of the rear wall and supporting the party walls. The interior was designed with a new layout of the master bedroom suite, the addition of a full bathroom, and renovation of the existing children’s bedrooms and bathrooms. The third-floor attic space was converted into a den for the family, with a central study area and a bathroom. The existing historic bay window, at the side of the home, was fully rebuilt and restored with landmarks review and approval. The porch off of the kitchen was restored. Restoration of the brownstone front wall and stoop were completed in the final phase of work.
